The arrows to move a paragraph up/down is now included and can be enabled via "Manage form display" by checking the "Show arrows for drag & drop" option for the paragraphs field. - Removed patch `3246408`

This update introduces arrows to move paragraphs up and down, which can be enabled through "Manage form display" by selecting the "Show arrows for drag & drop" setting for the paragraphs field. Therefore, I have removed patch
