- Use OAuth 2.1 authentication, which is now required by SoundCloud. Fixes #47.
- An existing API key that is still valid remains available until you log out (or SoundCloud invalidates these tokens)
- Display plugin name as SoundCloud instead of SqueezeCloud
- SqueezeCloud remains the internal name of the plugin
- Update readme to Lyrion Music Server
