Install Cast Plugin

Installation of the Cast Plugin is pretty easy, but will depend slightly on the type of device your Plex Media Server is hosted on.

To start, download the latest version of the plugin here:

Once you've got the file downloaded, follow the guide(s) to locate your Plex Plugin Directory:

Once you've located the Plugin Folder, extract the contents of the master.zip file you downloaded into it. Rename the folder "Cast.bundle-master" to "Cast.bundle". When you're done, you will have a directory structure like so:

"Plug-ins/Cast.Bundle/Contents"

That's it. Plex will automagically detect he Plugin, and Flex TV will start using it to scrape devices the next time it receives a request from you.

If your devices are still not showing up after several minutes of having the Cast Plugin installed, you can select "FORCE RESCAN" in the client menu of the Flex TV UI to manually re-check for the Cast plugin.
