Changes

• Only convert paths containing unicode characters.
• Convert the path of the current directory.
• The paths are now converted to a new path pointing to a symbolic link. (the application needs to have admin rights, check the README for more information)
• The old method of converting to a short path is still used if the symbolic link cannot be created.
• Improved logs.
• Some refactor.
