dji.nfzdb

DJI No Fly Zone SQLite DB as extracted from DJI Go app.

Just here for the popcorn? Download (right click & 'Save As') the KML file here: DJI_NFZ_KML

Meet DJI's Brendan Schulman, also known as @dronelaws

Variants:
.field private static final ENCRYPT_FLYFORBID_DB_NAME:Ljava/lang/String; = "dji.nfzdb.encrypt"
.field private static final FLYFORBID_DB_NAME:Ljava/lang/String; = "dji.nfzdb"

Plaintext - DJI GO--For products before P4
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dji.pilot&hl=en

To extract to .csv use SQLite

$ sqlite3 dji.nfzdb
SQLite version 3.16.2 2017-01-06 16:32:41
Enter ".help" for usage hints.
sqlite> .mode csv
sqlite> .headers on
sqlite> .once dji.nfzdb.csv
sqlite> select * from dji_midware_data_forbid_FlyForbidElement;

Another example for exporting queries in an automated fashion:
echo -e ".mode csv\n.once dji.nfzdb_kml.csv\nselect lat,lng,name, (select radius || ' meter radius level ' || level ||  ' NFZ around ' || city) from dji_midware_data_forbid_FlyForbidElement" | sqlite3 dji.nfzdb

The resulting .csv file can be converted using https://www.earthpoint.us/ExcelToKml.aspx
Be sure to add a header row: "Latitude,Longitude,Name,Description"
The included dji.nfzdb_kml.kml is an example of the current DB converted to KML.

Encrypted - DJI GO 4--For drones since P4
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dji.go.v4&hl=en

This version is making use of SQLCipher, the password can be seen in plain text in the libFlyForbid.so binary
https://www.zetetic.net/sqlcipher/sqlcipher-api/

.method public static generateEncryptDb(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;)V
...
    const-string/jumbo v1, "ATTACH DATABASE \'%s\' AS encrypted KEY \'%s\'"
...
    const-string/jumbo v1, "select sqlcipher_export(\'encrypted\')"
...
    const-string/jumbo v1, "DETACH DATABASE encrypted"

The password is currently "gH*=[xH2{Rm@Q" (as of 4/23/17), but could be easily changed.
It seems flysafe_areas_djigo.db.encrypt shares the same password as dji.nfzdb.encrypt
You can similarly export data as follows:
echo -e ".mode csv\n.once flysafe_areas_djigo.db_kml.csv\nselect lat,lng,name,city from airmap_geofence_infos" | sqlite3 flysafe_areas_djigo.db.plaintext

OSX binaries for sqlcipher were pulled via brew:
https://www.zetetic.net/blog/2013/1/21/sqlcipher-available-on-homebrew.html

$ sqlcipher dji.nfzdb.encrypt
SQLCipher version 3.15.2 2016-11-28 19:13:37
Enter ".help" for instructions
Enter SQL statements terminated with a ";"
sqlite> PRAGMA key = "gH*=[xH2{Rm@Q";
sqlite> ATTACH DATABASE 'plaintext.db' AS plaintext KEY '';
sqlite> SELECT sqlcipher_export('plaintext');
sqlite> DETACH DATABASE plaintext;
sqlite> ^D
$ sqlite3 plaintext.db
SQLite version 3.16.2 2017-01-06 16:32:41
Enter ".help" for usage hints.
sqlite> .tables
dji_midware_data_forbid_model_FlyForbidElement
dji_midware_data_forbid_model_FlyForbidElementAirMap

DJI No FLy Zones appear in several "levels":

WARNING, STRONG_WARNING, and CAN_NOT_UNLIMIT

You can view data points in each level as follows
select * from dji_midware_data_forbid_FlyForbidElement where level = 0;
select * from dji_midware_data_forbid_FlyForbidElement where level = 2;

The updated_at field is stored in Unix Time Stamp format... You can decode it at https://currentmillis.com
As an example below 1488046048 is Saturday, 25-Feb-17 18:07:28 UTC or when "NFZ 1 of Iraq" was first added.

You should note that several War Zones have been added.
