This change adds support for specifying the number of subscription periods and the end date in the endpoints that create subscriptions.
Everything that I've tested is currently working as expected, but there's a problem with the API documentation for the bulk subscription endpoint that I need to troubleshoot. I'll mark this PR as ready for review as soon as I get that fixed.
