R2021b

This major release provides extended motor and joint functionalities, improved support for reinforcement learning, new robot and sensor models, improved support for ROS/ROS2, and a new web rendering engine.
Additionally the package size has been drastically reduced in comparison to previous releases.
It is recommended to proceed with this update.
