Adds menu items and shortcuts (Apple-K, Apple-D) for connecting and disconnecting. Fixes bug with color preferences doing nothing. Fixes crash on PPC machines running Mac OS versions prior to 8.5. A few behind-the-scenes fixes.
Last release before 0.9.0, I promise I'll get to file transfers eventually!
