Acceptance

  • When calling #create into the actor stack and no embargo is requested, attributes does not contain a 'embargo_length' key
  • The PregradEmbargo#handle_malformed_data method is removed from the ActorStack.
  • The InProgressEtd model populates the embargo request field properly when reloading an existing item with no embargo.
