Updated with data from PRIS database (update 2022/12/29)
- Shin-Kori-3, Shin-Kori-4, Shin-Kori-5, and Shin-Kori-6 were renamed to Saeul-1, Saeul-2, Saeul-3, and Saeul-4 respectively (PRIS); - added new status Decommissioning Completed (11) applicable for Grosswelzheim (271), Kahl (349), and Niederaichbach (472) reactors in Germany (DE); - updated coordinates for El Dabaa-1 and El Dabaa-2 from Wikipedia; - bumped dataset version to 0.17.15; - updated the README and CHANGELOG files.
