Bug fix part 2

First bug fix was incomplete, I used wrong paths

There was a slash (/) missing in 2 paths

Adding .gitignore to exclude PHPStorm project files

Delete message and clear inbox

You can now delete a single message or clear the entire inbox.

The return value of the 'process' method is now plain text and not a JSON-decoded array, because someone might choose XML as response format, which would cause an error.

Also the source code got cleaned up a bit and comments were added.
