These are extra keyboard layouts / input methods for Chrome OS.

How to install:
 1. go to chrome://extensions
 2. click on Load unpacked extensions...
 3. pick the folder containing the manifest for the extension you want to enable
 4. logout / login
 5. head over to chrome://settings/languages
 6. add the relevant language (e.g. French for the bepo keyboard layout)
 7. check the relevant keyboard layout / input method
 8. optionally, remove any un-needed keyboard layouts / input methods

How to use:
 1. alt shift to cycle through all the enabled keyboard layouts / input methods
 2. type away
 3. ctrl space to toggle between the most recently used keyboard layouts / input methods

Known limitations:
 - These extensions are not allowed on the login/lock screen
 - These extensions are not allowed on password fields
