Long awaited first official release

All intended functionality and more have been implemented to the site
and appears to work.

The repo has now officially left the 'actively developing' phase
and now entered the 'maintaining' phase unless a reason to actively develop comes around.
(Unexpected popularity, influx of users, Critical bugs/api changes etc.)

Next minor or even possibly major update will probably be related to atomic swaps
or anything new that Binance decides to implement in the future.
