Description

After reviewing this week's SE Ranking report, I have created this pull request to address the identified issues. Here is a summary:

1. Fixed the link to the Ruby blog post in https://configcat.com/docs/news/.
2. Resolved the broken link to the Android sample app in https://configcat.com/docs/sdk-reference/android/.
3. Corrected the broken link to the Elixir version 3.0.0 release in https://configcat.com/docs/advanced/caching/.
4. Replaced the links in the available options section with their quoted versions because they are currently template links in https://configcat.com/docs/integrations/circleci/.
5. The GitHub action run link under the Browser Compatibility section was not working in both https://configcat.com/docs/sdk-reference/js/ and https://configcat.com/docs/sdk-reference/js-ssr/. I have replaced them with:
   • https://github.com/configcat/js-sdk/actions/runs/6399980215
   • https://github.com/configcat/js-ssr-sdk/actions/runs/6400037904
     respectively.

Is there an automatic removal of old runs after a certain period of time to prevent the recurrence of the 5th issue above?
