Description

Adds pre-commit with the following notable features:

  • auto run bin/update-news when anything in the blog/ directory is modified
  • add new bin/sort-authors script and auto run when blog/authors.yml is modified
  • enable spell checking
  • add prettify (for JSX/JavaScript and MDX/Markdown)
  • add ruff (for Python scripts)
