On commontorizon/meta-common-torizon#40, there was the need to publish OSTree images so they can be used in Torizon Cloud.

An AWS S3 bucket was created for this purpose, and an OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity provider was configured so the Common Torizon organization can push to this repository.

This MR creates an example GH Actions workflow to publish OSTree images from Yocto builds into the pre-configured AWS S3 bucket.

@microhobby can you check this draft and let me know if this is more or less what you need?

@jsrc27 to keep you in the loop about this because of commontorizon/meta-common-torizon#29

Of course, depending if the OSTree repo comes from somewhere else and not GH Actions, maybe this implementation is useless. But anyway, on the cloud side everything is in place.

Add a GH Actions workflow to publish OSTree images from Yocto builds
into an AWS S3 bucket.

Closes commontorizon/meta-common-torizon#40

Closing this MR because the actual implementation has already been done and merged on #9 and #10
