This is for the bounty for normal installs on ASCM based GM vehicles. The install consists of intercepting the PT bus at the ASCM, which makes the car appear very similarly to a CAM based GM car.
Differences between the two are:
ECMAcceleratorPos is not sent on the Volt when the ASCM is active
AdaptiveCruiseState returns 0 instead of 2/3/4/5 since non-adaptive feature was not available till 2019 (in which case it just uses the SDGM harness)
