This PR adds easing animations for the moveFrom... set of transitions. This may or may not be useful for others, but I'm getting use out of it and figure others might as well.
NOTE: So as to not have to rewrite all the transition indices, I simply appended them to the end of the
switch…caseinpagetransitions.jsso the transitions are no longer in order with how they appear in the demo HTML file. Let me know if this is a problem.
