Enhance README with comprehensive documentation and add screenshot

## Getting Started | ||

### Prerequisites | ||

- Node.js 18+ | ||
- GitHub Personal Access Token | ||
- Airtable account (for problem statements) | ||

### Installation | ||

1. Clone the repository: | ||
