Responsive Design Elements

We haven't yet thought about how the mobile responsive view of the design will work. These are some ideas on how to best implement this:

• In mobile view, push "find your space" filter above the splash image.
• smallest photo width rendered for mobile device
• for mobile elements, move photo down below filters, similar to current design on mobile
