Feat: nicegui initial commit

This is the experimental branch for the nicegui integration to niceml.
Please do note that the nicegui implementation is not yet fully done, there are still open points:

1. The "download" tab is not functional yet, when pressing on the download button nothing happens.
2. For the "net" tab: A questionable improvement to the representation of the image could be the integration of plotlys "make_subplots", however this is not supported by nicegui.
3. There are still minor improvements and implementations that have not been done yet, such as the introduction of the loading bar on the homepage when loading the experiments, among others.

Please add screenshots showing the nicegui dashboard.

Is streamlit still the default dashboard that is used?
