This PR will release the
cluster-v0.0.1chart when approved.This PR also updates the release process to support managing multiple charts.
The release is now implemented via
helm/chart-releaser-action.In addition to publishing helm charts to GitHub Pages, charts are now signed and published to the GitHub Container Registry.
The new procedure works pretty much the same for all practical purposes, but the
vin version tags is removed for compatibility withhelm/chart-releaser-action.
