Chapter

These are instructions on how to set up chapter and why we decided to use FreeCodecamps module vs Meetup, etc.

Meetup is not accessible to low to no funded orgs, like ours. Meetup also allowed a parent org to keep our groups user data in their org after we closed our meetup account which is horrible for data privacy and data ethics.

We need a new solution, and FreeCodeCamp's Chapter looks to offer that. https://github.com/freeCodeCamp/chapter

We will need Chapter to be accessible on our org jekyll site via a like, button or page and also available on the Louisville Software Engineering site vis the same methods.
