NPAPIFlash

Google Chrome is shipped with PPAPI Flash, which is known not to work well in some case.
So I recommend to force to use NPAPI Flash.

Method

Visit http://get.adobe.com/jp/flashplayer/
On Windows, press "other operating system / browser" and select "Windows" then "Flash Player 11 for other browsers"
Download it and install it
Finally, you need to disable PPAPI Flash to force NPAPI.
- about:plugins -> Detail (Upper Right) -> Flash -> PPAPI -> Disable.
