A customized version of the default theme for Ghost.
Download or clone repository into your content/themes directory of your Ghost install. Restart your ghost server. Log in to the admin panel and choose the casper-cs theme from the settings panel.
The social links in the header are hardcoded until I can find a better solution. To change these links edit index.hbs.
