Version 2.11 - Fixed some bugs

• Fixed finally chat spam of the advert when setting redie_advert_time to 0.0.
• Fixed -1 frag +1 death when dying as ghost.
• Fixed that weapons can be dropped for a short time after spawning as ghost.
• Added message when a ghost tries to drop a weapon.
