The idea here is to move the theme configuration (list names) plus the objects (for now just trees) into a more flexible file format that is at least a bit self documenting. and can be extended in the future.
For example, right now there's no heights/widths for trees, but we might want to add that in the future. Or adding each type of plant, or adding objects like houses or clubhouses.
