Fix minor issues

Problem

• missing translations on 3D model viewer.
• release pipeline use npm install instead of clean install.
• on some pages, save search still remains or pressing Enter clears the search.
• on shot page, for checklist comment form, the frame input is diplayed on two lines.

Solution

• add missing translations.
• restore npm ci on release pipeline.
• remove press enter action from all search fields.
• avoid wrap on frame input.
