I've set up a few things to get us started on adding some testing to multi-mech including a shell test file in
multimechanize/test/test_multimech.pyand a tox config file in the root that will invoke py.test with coverage. Also added info to docs.There are no real tests, but this just sets the stage for writing them and getting/maintaining code coverage.
