Fixed failing patch for book and report classes with hyperref and removed some tabs.

bookorreportclass is used withchemmacrosandhyperref, the following warning is displayed.This is since
hyperrefchanges the definition of\@chapterwhile the original definition remains in\NR@chapter. This update checks whether\NR@chapteris defined and applies the patch accordingly.
