  • Scripdivvy/Divvyscript -- script division (implying organization)
  • Alluvie -- variation of Latin "alluvius", deposition of a river creating new land. (as well, illuvium, by rain instead of river; diluvium, by flood, colluvium, eluvium)
  • Kive -- since one-syllable names seemed to be such a hit. A shortening of "archive".
  • Blim -- A mash-up of bioinformatics laboratory information management system. Also a hip art studio in Chinatown, Vancouver. (+1 —JN)
  • Mōichido -- Japanese for "once again"; or Greek, kaipáli
  • Jianpu - Chinese numbered musical notation
  • Dacapo - "da capo" indicates the point in music manuscript to start over in a refrain; or alternate spelling, "dakapo", because dacapo turns out to be a pretty common name for software :-P
  • Tanagra - as in "Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra"; unfortunately, it's already an established data mining software package...
  • Kunlabori - Esperanto for "collaborate"
