OVERVIEW

  Net::IDN::Encode   -- Internationalized Domain Names in
			Applications (IDNA)

  Net::IDN::UTS46    --	Unicode IDNA Compatibility Processing
			(UTS #46)

  Net::IDN::Punycode -- ASCII-compatible encoding of Unicode 
  			(Punycode, RFC 3492)

INSTALLATION

  To install this module type the following:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install

DEPENDENCIES

  This module requires these other modules and libraries:

    Unicode::Normalize
