Multi-language support and ICon

A bunch added here -- see the README.md for details on configuration options you have in the Properties pages, but the biggest thing here is the addition of multi-language support. It's been in the source code for some time, but you can now run the task in English, Spanish, Russian, Korean, and Dutch. Also in here is a control task we've been working on. It's basically a delayed-match-to-sample or, more accurately, a delayed-same/similar task. By having an immediate memory version of this, we hope to have a measure of attention, perception, basic encoding, and basic "do I care?" factors that might impact the main MST as well.

Initial release

Sorry that this isn't perfectly versioned as it's moved a touch from the paper and I can't be 100% certain that the .jzip binary and the code here are in perfect sync. But, they're not far off at least. Use the .jzip to set things up in JATOS and then you should be able to import new html, etc. files into there to stay in sync with most updates.
