This is a complementary package to the UUV Simulator package with tools that allow running the simulation from a Python script and compute KPIs and store ROS bags. It can be used to use the simulation wrapper to start a simulation scenario from a Python script in application for optimization purposes, machine learning and other similar tasks.
Status of the master branch:
The software is not ready for production use. However, the license conditions of the applicable Open Source licenses allow you to adapt the software to your needs. Before using it in a safety relevant setting, make sure that the software fulfills your requirements and adjust it according to any applicable safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262).
