Created a new piccato directory. This is a copy of the watters directory with some small changes.

  • Probe naming convention is slightly different. Currently, code assumes that only a single neuropixel probe is used in each session. This is reflected in main_convert_session
  • Electrophysiology metadata is saved in a different file format. This is reflected in main_convert_session
  • Small differences in the task and behavioral variables being read in and the files they are read in from. This affects the trials, display, and timeseries interfaces.
  • Changed README
  • Changed get_session_paths to point to my experimental files
