This PR updates all the dev dependencies to make future development easier.

Changelog

Changed
  • support yarn 4.x
  • support lerna 8.x
  • support node 22.x
  • eslint, prettier, stylelint are upgraded
  • support webpack v5
  • replace webpack-visualizer-plugin with webpack-bundle-analyzer

Testing / Reviewing

All npm commands should work:

  • run yarn install
  • run yarn test
  • run yarn build
