We would like to update the rubicon-ml documentation to fit the Diatiaxis framework. This means reorganizing our existing docs into tutorials, how-to guides, explanation and reference sections according to the framework liked above.

We would also like to add new examples to the documentation highlighting common/advanced use cases that we are often asked about. We will add FAQ's from the issues into a new FAQ page as well.
