- The version in the Docker file needs to match the release:
Line 100 in d49996d
- Not a blocker but, is there any artificial limit of CPUs used in the
tophat_fusion.plscript? Pipeline version is requesting 16 cpu, but load is only ~2, looking at point wheretophat-fusion-postis executing under this there are only 5 processes.
