This is the first release for the Taiko Mod Manager

Features:
Automatically install BepInEx 6.0.0-pre2 upon first boot, if not already installed.
Automatically detect Rhythm Festival's Install Location via SteamLibrary.vdf
Install and automatically update Plugins (uses GitHub for this.)
Manage TekaTeka Song Packs (requires latest build that supports this).
Modify Plugin and Mod config files
