This releases catches the UI up with the Backend.

Supports bullet-storm 0.4.2 and above and bullet-service 0.0.1 and above

Support added for the Distribution and Top K types.
Fixes #16 and #17.
Ties validations with settings.
Ties help with settings
Fields added by default and cannot be removed on sections that require them
