Language Server PHP package for Atom

Provide support of Felix Becker's PHP Language Server in Atom.

WARNING : At now, the plugin doesn't support automatic installation of server. Please use following commands :

composer global require felixfbecker/language-server
composer run-script --working-dir=$HOME/.composer/vendor/felixfbecker/language-server parse-stubs
