| governments and certain private nonprofit organizations on a | ||
| cost-sharing basis for emergency work and the repair or replacement of | ||
| facilities damaged by the remnants of Hurricane Helene in the counties | ||
| of Anderson, Bath, Bell, Bourbon, Bracken, Breathitt, Carter, Clark, | ||
| Clay, Elliott, Estill, Fleming, Greenup, Harlan, Harrison, Jackson, | ||
| Johnson, Lawrence, Lee, Letcher, Lewis, Magoffin, Menifee, Montgomery, | ||
| Morgan, Nicholas, Owsley, Powell, Robertson, Rockcastle, Rowan, | ||
| Washington, and Wolfe. | ||

| Federal funding is also available on a cost-sharing basis for hazard | ||
| mitigation measures for the entire Commonwealth. | ||
