relauto: "Secondary" artifacts aren't being saved at the end of CodeBuild pipeline steps. #604

Figure out why secondary-artifacts aren't getting picked up and sent to S3 at the end of build (currently these artifacts are just metadata).

I think it's just a naming issue or the CodeBuild project expects output artifacts to be names the same as the identifier?

I'm thinking the same as you are - that the artifacts IDs are simply misaligned. I don't see a resource configured in the Cloudformation Stack for this, I'll verify this in my account and then see about updating the resources for this (we might time it to coincide with getting the stacks reconfigured with #616).

We got some of these pushed into the latest set of buildspecs and stacks - however, CodePipelines doesn't plumb through secondary artifacts (or at least its not as configured, nor do we need them at this point in time).

I'm going to close this in the meantime. If we note that we need these or that we're missing these in places that they were expected to be but are not, then let's either create a new issue (if it is) or update this one with additional info (if it is the same issue!).
