Prerequisites

An up to date installation of Fiji.

Setup

Download this jar file: n5-ngff-patch-20230614.jar
Save or copy it into the plugins folder in your Fiji installation (usually Fiji.app/plugins)

Save an image

Open an image
- For example, the sample mri-stack image (File > Open Samples > MRI Stack)
Run the ngff exporter (Save As > Ngff) or type "ngff" in the search bar.
Set options for root and dataset location
- Make sure root location ends in ".zarr"
