Welcome to the h2-GRE wiki! We describe how to use h2-GRE to estimate heritability. h2-GRE works individual-level data where the number of individuals N is larger than M. It takes the inverse of Linkage Disequilibrium (LD) and the GWAS summary statistics as input and outputs the heritability.
