This is the second release of ownCloud# that contains important bugfixis.

PLEASE NOTE: This release is currently ony validated to work properly with ownCloud 8.2. Release 0.3.0 will involve testing the library for ownCloud 9.x and NextCloud compatability.

FIXED: #10 Deadlock on WebClient.ExecuteAsync
FIXED: #14 GroupExists always returns true
CHANGED: #15 Set SetUserAttribute key value via enum
