Inspired by Thomas Burleson's challenge, this repo hosts an online quiz app which can be accessed at https://quizzler-demo.herokuapp.com/.
Note: as the app is currently hosted on heroku free dynos, it will take some time to start up if previously inactive.
The app is written in Angular2, with a Node.JS backend, connected to a mongoDB database. The app allows users to log in with Facebook or Google, or email and password if they wish. They then click through a series of multiple choice questions, and receive their score at the end.
This project was generated with Angular CLI version 1.2.3.
Run ng serve
for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/
. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
Run ng generate component component-name
to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|module
.
Run ng build
to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/
directory. Use the -prod
flag for a production build.
Run ng test
to execute the unit tests via Karma.
Run ng e2e
to execute the end-to-end tests via Protractor.
Before running the tests make sure you are serving the app via ng serve
.
