General Updates

• Web Platform is now running correctly; and
• Allow changing the order of the tiles in the Timeline (Fixes Allow camera order change in the timeline #265); and
• Enhance Timeline cursor visibility in dark mode (Fixes Enhance timeline cursor visibility in dark mode #264); and
• Layout name is now displayed at the window title; and
• Added options to hide/show camera name, server name and video status label; and
• Do not stall app if any initialization fails before running
  iOS was stalling on startup. and
• Do not render videos on device's restricted areas (notches and unsafe areas); and
• Add server tab no longer overflow the buttons; and
• Improved error handling in multiple areas of the app.

Fixes #266:

• The volume of the players are now saved and restored at each session; and
• The initial volume of the player is 0. This can be changed in Settings > Servers and Devices > Devices Settings; and
• It is now possible to change the volume of the entire layout.
