Configurable simulator

The simulator currently is hardcoded for German language.

My thought was that you do need the simulator especially for testing new languages and layouts, so I have added:

• reading the language and layout from the configuration file, it automatically adapts width and height now, too;
• a setting to make it jump with X seconds per 5 minutes so you can test quickly if all times are displayed correctly;
• changed the simulator size a little bit, it just did not fit nicely on my MacBook Pro 15" screen, and I tend to do this hobby programming on the couch without my big external screen attached :-)
