Modified WhatsOnChainBroadcaster initialization to accept both Network enum and string inputs for network specification. Network strings ('main'/'test', 'mainnet'/'testnet') are case-insensitive and internally normalized to 'main' or 'test'. Maintains backward compatibility while providing more flexible configuration options.
